Exchanges
Merchandise exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase delivery. All items must be returned unworn and with original packaging.
ALL SALE items are not returnable or exchangeable and are FINAL SALE. Merchandise is inspected for defects and damages, however in case products are defect or not in desired condition, Ivy & Eve must be informed via email within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refunds. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise will NOT be refunded by Ivy & Eve.
Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and although we would like to, we do not pay for the return shipment of merchandise. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
